My name is George Stafford, I’m a professional BMX rider from Finham, Coventry. I’ve been riding Memorial skatepark for over 10 years and throughout my teenage years it was like a second home to me. The park definitely shaped me into the rider I am today. But with freestyle BMX making its first appearance in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, up and coming riders, skateboarders and the rest of the extreme sports community need a better skatepark facility in the local area to expose the growing talent in Coventry and help push the sports further!
